節制 不節制
28日の定休日 朝一に車検や用事を済ませまして
行きつけの医院に私の点検（笑）
前回の検査の時ちょっと不節制してまして（汗）
血液検査の結果がいつもと全然違う数値になって
ましたので今回も続けて血液検査(^-^;
今回は前回のような検査前に不節制はせずに
正月明けからかなり節制をしましたところ
先生から「今回はすごく良いですね」と言って
いただけましたo(*^▽^*)o
本当はダメなんでしょうが ほぼ毎日晩酌して
ましたのを3週間ほど断ちまして、おかげで
嫁さんに「飲まんでもエエンヤ」と言われたり
しました。おかげでちょっと減量もできたみたい
です（まぁ～、こんだけ控えたのは久しぶり
ですね 笑）。
検査が終わりまして家に帰りましたら速攻で
冷蔵庫を開けまして昼間から缶ビールを
一気飲み（笑）
久しぶりに飲むビールの美味しいこと(o^-^o)
ついついと3本もあけてしまいまして良い気持ち
になり そのまましばらく爆睡(￣▽￣)
あら～、また もとに戻りそう（笑）
